1986年 毕业于天津大学,获环境工程专业学士学位
1989年 毕业于天津大学,获环境工程专业工学硕士学位
1989.4–1996.11 沈阳市规划设计研究院,工程师

2000年 毕业于日本山口大学环境与生态工学专业,获工学博士学位

    ( 1 )污染场地修复治理;
    ( 2 )生活及工业废水处理技术;
    ( 3 )药物在水环境中的行为机制及其对生态环境的影响;
    ( 4 )活性污泥法数学模型与计算机仿真技术的研究。  
科研项目:
1987年,参与天津市纪庄子污水处理厂二级出水回用:臭氧预处理连续流微絮凝过滤的研究,获国家环境保护局“七.五”攻关课题重大成果奖。
1998年,主持日本协和发酵工厂高浓度废水处理:膜生物反应器处理技术的研究。
2000年,主持有机固体废弃物的好氧与厌氧堆肥效果的评价 (日本文部省项目) 。
2003年,主持Highland Council,AMEC Co. Ltd 及 University of Liverpool 联合项目:Caithness地区有机固体废弃物的厌氧消化及能源回收可行性研究。
2004年,主持Macallan Distillery 威士忌酒厂废水中金属铜去处技术的开发 (European Research and Development Funding) 。
2007年,主持上海市轻工业研究所合作项目:全自动扩散渗析工业废酸回收设备技术开发。
2007年,主持上海市浦江人才计划:包含溶解性微生物产物形成与降解机理的活性污泥数学模型建立及参数确定。
2007年,主持宝山钢铁股份有限公司合作基金项目:冷轧平整废液预处理工艺研究。
2008年,参与863项目子课题:高风险有机污染物污染地下水联合修复技术研究。
2011年,主持国家环境保护公益性行业科研专项:我国地下水氯代烃污染现状与监管技术研究。
2012年,主持液化空气(中国)投资有限公司合作项目:空气与氧气活性污泥工艺处理中国典型造纸废水的工艺对比研究。
2013年,主持海宝钢化工有限公司合作项目:焦化废水除氰工艺优化研究。
2013年,主持宝山钢铁股份有限公司合作项目:焦化废水浓水处理工艺试验研究。
